Meet the Skinner Autoplex Team


Name: John Skinner Role: Dealer John is the third generation of the Skinner family to own and operate Skinner Buick, Cadillac and Pontiac, which has been in business and family, owned since 1921. Named the youngest Cadillac dealer in the nation when he took over as dealer principal for Buick and Cadillac in1982; he proudly added the Pontiac franchise in 1998. Outside of the dealership John built and has operated the Southern Oregon Speedway located at Jackson County Sports Park since 1996. His other interests include cycling and spending time with his two daughters and two young granddaughters.	Name: Dave Shinn Role: Vice President Dave has been with Skinner Autoplex for over 40 years. Dave started in the service department and has worked in almost every position in the store. Dave was born and raised here in Medford. He graduated from Medford high school and went to work for Skinner shortly after. Dave drove raced cars for many years and was one of the best drivers in the north west. Daves hobbies are golf, RVing, and being with his Grand Kids.

Name: Ron Shubin Role: Service and Parts Director Ron has been with Skinner for over 27 yrs! 20 Years of that as a technician. Ron's hobbies are Fishing, Snowmobiling and Camping.	Name: Rick Ogier Role: Finance Manager Rick is the Finance Manager here at Skinner Autoplex. Rick has worked for Skinner Autoplex for 18 years! He started work in the service department and moved into sales after 10 years. After 7 years of hard work, he is now the Finance Manager. Rick also worked as Lodge Manager for Mt Ashland for 10 years! His hobbies are fishing, camping, and enjoying time with his family.

Name: Tom King Role: General Sales Manager Tom has over 32 years with GM and Ford. He has over 10 years with GM. Tom's free time is spent with his grand kid and family. Tom also enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.	Name: Neal Hisey Role: Service Advisor This is Neal Hisey and Neal is a Service Advisor here at Skinner Autoplex. Before attending the U of Texas where he received a bachelor degree in business, He was in the US Army. Neal has also been a Master Certified Technician for 12 years! He enjoys all activities with his wife and kids. He also enjoys football!

Name: Radford Shaw Role: Service Advisor This is Radford Shaw and he has been with Skinner Auto Plex for 7 years. Radford works as a Service Advisor and helps in the Parts Department as well. Radford has work with GM for over 20 years! His hobbies are hunting, fishing, and hiking. Radford also enjoys Gold Prospecting to fill in his spare time	Name: Gary Page Role: Service Advisor This is Gary Page and Gary has been with Skinner Auto for 9 years in the service department. The last 4 years as a Service Advisor. Gary was in the USMC before retiring as a US Postal Service Manager. His hobbies are RV travel and Hot Rod Events. Gary owns two 1940 Ford Hot Rods and a 1934 Ford Coupe!

Name: Dan Delisle Role: Service Tech This is Dan Delisle and Dan has been with Skinner for 23 years. He is also a Master Tech with GM. Dan enjoys hunting, fishing, and family.

	Name: Don Rothacher Role: Service Tech This is Don Rothacher and he has been with Skinner Autoplex for 16 years of his 37 years as a Tech. Don is also a Master Tech for GM. He enjoys hunting and fishing and just being out doors.

Name: Neil Brown Role: Service Tech This is Neil Brown and he has been with Skinner Autoplex for 23 years. Neal is a Master Tech. with GM. He enjoys fishing, snowmobiling, and trail riding with his dirt bike.
